  • Notes or descriptions associated with those time entries

  • Use analytics or behavioral tracking tools
  • Collect location data
  • Sell or rent your personal information
  • Use your data for advertising purposes
  • Collect information like Sensitive PII or PHI other than name and work e-mail

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Store and display your time entries and notes
  • Operate and maintain the Service
  • Provide basic functionality of the website
  • Data will likely be used for time and effort or direct billing purposes regarding time and services you are providing DSN clients or DSN internal reporting

We do not use your information for marketing or profiling.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored only as needed to provide the Service. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Microsoft Azure has a 99.9% SLA. Data is backed up across multiple regions.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties except:

  • When required by law
  • When necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Service
  • When the third party is the client and we are performing services for that client

6. Your Control Over Your Data

You may:

  • Access and review your time entries

7. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date.
